Willing to Go Above and Beyond

The 4 months after delivering my son I struggled with back pain. I finally sought help and I am so glad I did! Its been such a great experience with Dr. Travis and his team! Everyone is very kind, easy-going, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Thanks so much!

Feel Like a New Person

I’m EXTREMELY impressed with Dr. Travis and his receptionist, JB–they’re very friendly and efficient. Online appointment scheduling made going to see them very doable and not at all stressful. Each visit helped me tremendously! After three appointments, I felt like a new person especially in my neck and back where I used to have big pain. Dr. Travis is intuitive and always seems to know exactly what to do to address any complaints/issues I may be experiencing. I also wanted to just get in a better life-shape too after you realize what stress you put in your body under on a daily basis. This is my first time at a chiropractor but he’s definitely the best! I’d highly recommend this place! Saturday appointments are also a huge plus!!

Back in the Race

Dr. Ahrens was great. I am an Athletic Trainer and he picked up on it right away that there was no need to simplify things. He seemed to like explaining in detail what he was doing and why. We had a lot of good conversations in my two visits. Oh and also, most importantly, my foot problem was handled easily and he got me back for a race I had the upcoming weekend. Great visit.

Fantastic Experience

My experience with Evolution has been fantastic. Dr Travis has helped me tremendously. He is easy to work with, very informative, and extremely good at what he does. In a very short period of time, I had measurable gains in range of motion, flexibility, and strength.

Love, love, love this place!

I found myself completely unable to move my neck and feeling very uncomfortable, pain actually, but I’m good at keeping a strong face. I explained my condition and that I would be a first time client. I had only been to a chiropractor once when I was pregnant with my daughter and it was the worst experience of my life! Very painful, very scary and very quick! Given my previous experience I was very scared coming in.

However, I was taken care of by Dr. Travis Ahrens, who did a great job putting me at ease. A thorough assessment and treatment were performed. They took their time, bedside manner phenomenal, knowledge and communication were great! I can’t believe how much better I felt! I recommend this place highly! Thanks!

First Experience with Chiropractic

This is your sub-headline

I sent my body into busts of pain by subjecting it to a sudden workload, so I made an appointment to see Dr. Travis Ahrens. It was my first experience with chiropractic care, and I was a little nervous about the whole adjustment thing. However, Dr. Ahrens is very personable, knowledgeable, and he’s a ninja adjuster. After two appointments, my back and joints feel significantly better. Routine visits will now be part of my health checklist.

Recovery from hip surgery

I’ve been seeing Dr. Travis for about 2 months now, and I’m extremely happy with how my body is improving. I had hip surgery last year and haven’t been able to fully recover (even with PT). It started to negatively affect my back and neck. I’m in my mid-20’s so recovery should’ve been a breeze! Dr. Travis actually listened to me and explained what’s causing my symptoms and delay in recovery. His work has been awesome! He genuinely cares about my state of health and it’s refreshing.

Broken joint in ankle

I came to this office with a wrongly diagnosed severe sprained ankle. After 2 months, I wasn’t getting any better, so I looked into therapy. I started seeing Dr. Travis at the clinic and he was highly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He was cautious with my ankle as it wasn’t healing as quickly as it should and when I told him it would just go out on me, he told me to purchase a certain stabilizing brace.

A short time after, I got a MRI and found out I actually had a broken joint in my ankle, that is why it wasn’t healing. I should not have been walking on it for 2 months as it could have injured further or dislocate, which would have required surgery and I should have been in a cast or boot immediately. Now that I have been diagnosed accurately and wore a boot for over a month, my fracture is healing correctly and I strongly believe that Dr. Travis recommending me to purchase the brace and being overly cautious with the way he treated me prevented my joint from further breakage or dislocation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. They have a very respectable and trusted reputation for a reason. I am very grateful for Dr. Travis, he is the best!

Preparing for a big race

I’m a runner. After ignoring some lingering knee pain for several months this year hoping that it would go away, it got so bad that I couldn’t run anymore. With my big “A” race of my season coming up about a month I was frantic. Dr. Travis was able to aggressively treat the underlying issue and get me back to running again with just four (4) visits.

With their help I went on to complete Hardrock 100, one of the hardest 100-mile mountain races in the country with over 33,000 feet of elevation gain. Not only didn’t I have any knee pain or discomfort the entire time, but I was able to hammer the last 6-mile downhill section to finish 12th overall in just over 30 hours.
